Welcome to the National Manufacturing Institute Scotland (NMIS) Communications and Awareness Survey. NMIS is based in Renfrewshire and operated by the University of Strathclyde – you may know them as:

- Digital Factory

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete, and as a thank you for your time you have the option of being entered into a prize draw for £500.

This survey is being administered by Progressive Partnership, an independent research company. We work in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Please be assured that your confidentiality and anonymity is respected at all times.


This research will include collecting information about you such as job title and organisation.  This information is stored for one month after completion of the interview and is needed because we have been asked to speak to a specific target audience. No personal information about you will be provided to any other third parties.

Under UK GDPR law public sector organisations are permitted to conduct research with their clients if it is necessary for the performance of tasks undertaken in the public interest.
